Lanyon launches Property Kick Start
Dallas, Texas (30th May 2012) - Lanyon today announced the launch of Property Kick Start, a solution designed to help properties to accelerate their business development efforts and to enhance their profile amongst Lanyon’s growing network of over 620 global corporate clients.
Targeted primarily at newly built, re-opening and re-branding properties, Property Kick Start comprises several elements of the Lanyon Marketing™ suite of services, designed to give hotels the opportunity to capture the attention of new corporate clients, to submit competitive bids, and to ensure their visibility to traveling employees.
Amongst early adopters of the new package is Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, who will be taking over a new property in the Neuilly district of Paris in January 2013. “Considering the high importance of corporate business for our Paris entry, we have decided not to only use Lanyon as our RFP processing tool but also to further leverage the Lanyon platform to position our new property successfully with key decision makers and contractors in the consortia and corporate market” said Herta Hieslmair, Vice President Sales and Marketing Europe for Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.
Components of the package include Lanyon Market Leads, the unsolicited bids service which in 2011 was used by more than 100 multinational corporations and enjoyed double digit conversion rates; Lanyon’s new Property Insight reports, which provide hotels with visibility into rate and amenity inclusion trends in their specific market and segment; and enhanced listing in select Online Hotel Directories, used by travelers, travel and meeting arrangers of more than 300 corporations and on pace to generate approximately 4 million hotel searches in 2012.
