Lanyon PropertyVault™ and Publishing Modules
PropertyVault allows the efficient and effective management of content in one central database. There are four optional publishing modules associated with PropertyVault, each of which draws content from PropertyVault for operation. The four publishing modules, RFPpublisher, RatePublisher, HODpublisher and ChannelPublisher, publish content to multiple distribution channels. By centralizing content, PropertyVault and its related modules efficiently and effectively present fresh, accurate and consistent content, regardless of which distribution channel is used.

Although each of the publishing modules associated with PropertyVault may be licensed independently, significant cumulative benefits may be gained by utilizing the PropertyVault enterprise solution. For example, a full installation of PropertyVault and its related modules helps a hotel company to negotiate corporate transient rates with the help of RFPpublisher and automatically post those rates to both the central reservation system of a hotel and to the GDSs with RatePublisher. Without PropertyVault, the same processes require multiple systems and multiple points of redundant data entry, increasing both the chance of error and processing time.
